There are many things that I would love to achieve in the world of fitness, and here are some of the ones that I am currently working towards:
- Run the IronMan World Championships in Hawaii (maybe in 2012)
- Run 5k in 22 minutes or less
- Run 2 different 10k races this year (2011)
- Angled Leg Press: 1600lbs x 10 reps
- Flat Bench Press: 250lbs x 10 reps
- Incline Bench Dumbbell Press: 100lbs x 10 reps
- Flat Bench Dumbbell Press: 125lbs x 10 reps
- V-Squat: 504lbs x 15 reps
- Leg Extension machine: 280lbs x 10 reps
- Wide Grip Pullups: 50 reps
- Smith Machine Shoulder Shrug: 400lbs x 10 reps
